Reviews
The hotel is situated about 25 minutes by tram from Prague 1. We stayed there as we had business in the area. There are two tram stops within 5 minutes walk from the hotel so it's very easy to get to.
I have to say the receptionist was among the most polite people we met in Prague in the duration of our stay. We certainly appreciated that.
The room itself was a little dated with tired furniture but it was clean and tidy. Soundproofing was very good, once the window was closed there was virtually no noise coming from the street. The room was spacious too.
The balcony was nice if anyone wanted to use it and there was even an ashtray on the wall. We're no smokers and the weather was bad to use the balcony but surely smokers would appreciate that I guess.
Breakfast was good and coffee was decent.
The only thing we didn't like were the pillows, they were a little too thin for us with not much support.
Apart from that, we were happy with the room, hotel and staff.
We were planning there wedding celebration but there were major obstacles: Hotel and restaurant are two different objects so you need to comunicate with each separately. Second: we shocked with request for vegetarian wedding menu. So we went unfortunately elsewhere. Otherwise beautiful view to Prague, cozy rooms and little atrium were appealing to us.
My friend got married and after the ceremony we came to eat here. They had prepared a nice table and the food was delicious and hospitality was good from the waitresses but there were no kids corner and for us it was okay but the manager is always complaining that kids can’t touch their decorations. They cannot do this they cannot do that…. It was horrible. It is not a kid friendly place so I don’t recommend you to go with your children to this place.
Perfect for a city trip to Prague. The hotel is located in a calm and quiet area, but perfectly connected to the city centre via the Metro or Tram.
The service was great! A warm and professional greeting, supportive and attentive staff!
The room is modern, has a nice size and was very clean. The food and drinks in the restaurant are delicious and reasonably prized.
100% recommended. We will come back for sure!
Our second but last time in this hotel. Basic rooms without air conditioning, so in hot days it is difficult to sleep. Breakfast: you have to ask them to clean the tables and they do not change the paper sets, having to eat with dirt from the previous clients. We ordered an expresso which was an extra order and when we finished the breakfast nobody was there, so we left to the rooms in order to prepare the luggage for the check you. As we came to the lobby to start the check out the waiter came close by and clearly suggested that we left without paying one coffee. It was rude and offensive because we had no issues in paying it in the check out as in any other normal hotel. The recepcionist at the moment said we could pay the coffee in a final bill but the waiter kept comming insistently with a card machine that he brought from the restaurant. Never to come again! I will not pay for free humiliation during my holidays... and for one coffee.
Nice hotel with decent room sizes. Excellent free WiFi. Close to tram lines and metro. Close to shops and restaurants.
The rooms were very clean and very good location for a city trip (near to a tram station / 15min to central). Food was also very good but the breakfast was a bit too empty 30min before closing.
The staff is very polite and also the cleaning team does an excellent job. Especially a very big thank you to the man at the reception. He was always very polite and had an incredible willingness to help us in every situation.
Stayed twice in this hotel - it’s inexpensive, rooms are clean and good enough for shorter stay, breakfast is very good. If you come by car, you can park in hotel-garage or simply in the street for small fee. There is very good connection …
